What do I get with supported software that's not in the free software?
When you purchase software from Black Blade you receive a quality product that is business ready. Our supported software typically includes management capabilities and administrative controls not present in the free versions. For example, while both the free and supported versions of our
SharePoint Zip product allow users to upload Zip files to and download files as Zips from SharePoint document libraries, the supported version comes with controls to allow administrators to require users to use Zip files in certain document libraries. Our supported software also comes with priority technical support.
When will the supported software be available?
We are putting the finishing touches on several products and going through the testing process. We expect the first products to be ready for purchase by March, 2008.
