Timothy Partel is the Operations Manager of Black Blade Associates Inc. Timothy comes to Black Blade from a mid-size government contracting firm in Alexandria, VA, which specialized in international management consulting and anti-corruption programs. He has experience in accounting functions, as well as payroll and contracting for government and private clients. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the American University in Washington, DC.

In his role as Operations Manager, Timothy is responsible for the day-to-day operations of all aspects of Black Blade as well as providing operational and logistical support to our resources in the field.
