Timothy Partel is the Chief Operations Officer of Black Blade Associates. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the American University in Washington, DC.

Timothy comes to Black Blade from a mid-size government contracting firm in Alexandria, VA, which specialized in international management consulting and anti-corruption programs. He has experience in accounting functions, as well as payroll and contracting for government and private clients.

In his role as Chief Operations Officer Timothy is responsible for the day-to-day operations of all aspects of Black Blade, as well as providing operational and logistical support to our resources in the field.
