Timothy Partel is currently the Operations Manager of Black Blade Associates. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the American University in Washington, DC.

Timothy comes to Black Blade from a mid-size government contracting firm in Alexandria, VA, which specialized in international management consulting and anti-corruption programs. He has experience in running day to day accounting functions, as well as payroll and contracting for government and private clients.

He has recently started work for Black Blade to provide home office support, as well as to provide support to our resources in the field.
