Damon Erickson is an associate with Black Blade Associates Inc. Damon came from the urban wilds of Japan where he worked for and then with the Marine Corps supporting distributed enterprise systems. He was discovered by Black Blade and brought back stateside into the wild wild west of SharePoint, Washington DC. He has worked on various projects from UX to hard core product development. He has been working with SharePoint since STS 2001 and maintains a position at the forefront of SharePoint advancements.
