Damon T Erickson is currently an associate of Black Blade LLC, a consulting firm that provides true Microsoft Business Systems Subject Matter Experts to clients in the public and private sectors.  Damon’s interest in complex information and collaboration systems started as a US Marine Strategic Planner.  Upon completion of his tour Damon continued to support the Marine Corps as a Command, Control, Communications, Computing and Intelligence (C4I) Systems Engineer and Application Developer, providing technical expertise on command and control systems for operations across Asia. 

Damon’s work in Microsoft information exchange and collaboration solutions was established when he assumed a technical lead position for planning, designing, and deploying one of the first successful SharePoint implementations within a Marine Expeditionary Force.  He was later set as the technical project lead for a Marine Corps enterprise level portal solution.

Recently, he has started work for Black Blade as one of a handful of consultants providing expertise and solution delivery for Microsoft Business Systems.
